03 Oct USCIS Resumes Premium Processing for all H-1B Petitions
USCIS announced today that it has resumed premium processing for all types of H-1B petitions effective immediately. This includes all H-1B extension of stay petitions. Last month, USCIS resumed premium processing for Fiscal Year 2018 H-1B petitions. Veera Law will be contacting clients with pending H-1B petitions to see if an upgrade to premium processing is needed or would like to be requested.
