18 Sep USCIS Resumes Premium Processing for H-1B Cap Subject Petitions
USCIS announced today that it will resume premium processing for all H-1B cap petitions subject to the Fiscal Year 2018 cap. H-1B cap petitions filed in April 2017, requesting a start date of October 2017 can now upgrade to premium processing. USCIS has not resumed premium processing for H-1B extensions or change of employer petitions.
Veera Law will be contacting clients with pending fiscal year 2018 H-1B cap cases to determine if an upgrade to premium processing is needed or would like to be requested.
