01 Nov USCIS Raising Premium Processing Fee Effective December 2, 2019
On October 30, 2019, USCIS announced an increase in the filing fee for Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing. The fee will increase from $1,410 to $1,440. Premium processing allows for 15 day processing of certain employment-based petitions. The fee increase will go into effect on December 2, 2019.
