USCIS issued a policy memorandum, effective February 22, 2018, establishing agency policy in regards to H-1Bs filed for workers who will be employed at one or more third-party worksites. The policy memo spells out new requirements regarding end-client letters and itineraries and requires employers to include additional information and documentation in their H-1B filings.
