The Department of State just released the September Visa Bulletin, which is the last visa bulletin of fiscal year 2017. There has been some advancement in the EB-2 and EB-3 categories.
Below are some notable items from the bulletin:

EB-2 dates have moved forward nine months to 1/1/2016 for the Philippines and every country except India and China

EB-3s for all countries except the Philippines, China, and India are Current

EB-3s for India: 10/15/2006 (moved 3 months forward)

EB-3s for China: 1/1/2012 (no movement)
